Founded in 2010 in London by Andrej Rusakov (former Apax Partners investment professional), Open Capital has its heritage in growth investing in emerging markets. We opened our Kiev office in 2011 and our Moscow office in 2012.
In 2013 Open Capital agreed a strategic partnership with the GEM Group, which resulted in a $400 million joint fund to invest globally.
