Frederic HofmannFrederic worked for Bridgepoint Capital for four years in their London based deal execution and portfolio team. He was involved in the acquisition, refinancing and disposal of several leading European businesses primarily in the healthcare, retail and transport sectors. Prior to Bridgepoint, Frederic helped build an internet services business in Milan called Netesi until it was sold to Telecom Italia. Frederic started his career as an investment banking Analyst in the Communications, Media and Technology group at Goldman Sachs in London.

Frederic received a BA (Hons) in International Business from the European Business School in 1999 and a Master in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi in 2004. He is a German national and is fluent in German, English, Italian and French.

ShyfrinKate joined the board of Open Capital in 2012 to advise on consumer, retail, and real estate and construction sectors. Kate also runs Trevor Life - a health foods distribution business bringing healthy foods to Russia, which she set up in 2014.


Prior to setting up Trevor Life, Kate worked at Midland Development, a leading Moscow-based real estate developer since 2008, where she oversaw several major projects in hospitality and office segments. In her spare time, Kate is an active supporter of Jewish charities, and oversees the development and construction of the Jewish Cultural Centre in Moscow on a pro bono basis.

Kate is a graduate of Cambridge University with MEng in Civil Engineering.
